La carotte Dolciva (Daucus carota) est de type Nantaise. Elle est peu sensible à l’éclatement et sa chair orange est tendre et juteuse.

Elle dispose d’un feuillage vigoureux et se conserve bien. Elle est certifiée Bioverita, c'est à dire que la sélection s'est faite dans les conditions de l'agriculture biologique ou biodynamique et sans manipulations génétiques.
